I decided that 4 weeks recovery was a good point to try and start getting back to normal. My abdomen is only very slightly tender when I stretch but other than that I am feeling great. I did a little bit of light work around the house yesterday and had no issues at all, I decided to try a very short and very easy run this morning. I ran 3KM at an easy pace and am feeling good with no problems so I think I will start to gradually add a bit of distance to the run and also start helping out around the house...
Lori will be so happy.
All is well and it feels great to start being active again.
